In my life, I am a caring nurturer with a patient and easygoing spirit, and having that mindset is what led to my first affirmation, “I Don’t Do Complicated.” I like to live with the least amount of stress possible while feeling comfortable in my friendships and in my marriage, as well as having calming beneficial relationships with my children and at work. I know this is not always easy, but it is a workable possibility. Especially when you realize that we all have the power to make these goals a reality because there’s power in our thoughts, and we can move mountains by having the right attitude.
